Arrive Dublin 11:55pm (local time)
Overnight in Dublin

July 30

Leave Dublin 2:20pm (local time)
Arrive Chicago 4:40pm (local time)

July 30-31

Recuperate at Hard Rock Hotel, Chicago (two more free nights!!)

Aug 1st

Corey fly back to Louisville
Trinity and I take Amtrak back home.

Aug 2-?: Hope like hell I can find a job!!![i]

Just as a side note: This plan is only an outline. I am open to any/all suggestions. I am sad that we are not going to southern Italy, but I just don't know how to fit it in the time frame that we have allotted. I made a silly mistake (trying to save a few $$ on the flight) by flying into Rome instead of Milan and we are forced to do some backtracking now.

arrive in dublin at 11:55pm and don't leave until 2:20pm!!!...wooohoo, don't book a hotel...head to the temple bar area and drink the night away! (heard you had a blog, hope you don't mind me following along, I'm jealous!).

I love that you want to follow along! It's nice to know that someone is going to read this damn thing....

Yours is the best advice I've gotten for that particular leg of the trip, however I will have to get a hotel for Trinity. She isn't quite old enough to drink the night away with me (but Corey is)!

by Khandilee

:) errr...Dublin?...Ireland?...2 year old babies drink Guinness in pubs there!!

by msmitheman

I thought the drinking age in Ireland was like 21 or something....I'm sure I looked that up at one point :o( Can Trinity really drink in Ireland? (or at least go to the pubs)? That would be awesome if she could at least go into the pubs with us!!!

by Khandilee

Drinking age is 18...kids over 14 can go in with adults...sometimes they may get kicked out late night, but it's pub dependent and rare I think!

Nice!! Now I am really excited!
